1.) FIND YOUR FLOOR PLAN
The first step we take is determining your wants and needs. Using this information, we help you explore floor plans, lots, and pricing options that work for you.
2.) THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Next, we work cooperatively with your real estate professional to draft the purchase agreement and down payment terms. (We can discuss options if you are not represented by an agent but believe a licensed agent is in your best interest.)
3.) CUSTOMIZE YOUR HOME
Now that all the paperwork is in place, it’s time to make choices about the house. Standard options include paint colors, carpet and vinyl selections, appliances, and electrical fixtures.
With choices finalized, construction on your home will begin. We will give you a delivery date based on the floor plan and location. During the early days of building, there may still be the opportunity to finalize some of your customizations.
The house is complete and ready to become a home! We take care of the title and bank financing as required. We do a comprehensive orientation walk-thru to make owners familiar with their new purchase. We then provide a complete, 12-month craftsmanship warranty.
