You will not need a construction loan in most cases. If a local lender has approved you, QDH can carry the construction financing.
Yes, our home prices include the land when we are building in our preferred neighborhoods.
Generally no, but we have built a few homes on lots that people own. We take these builds on a case-by-case basis.

Unfortunately, we can’t do “sweat equity” on our projects. The precise calendar we run and liability don’t allow this option.
Yes, most of our homes come with a completely finished landscape, including a sprinkler system.
None of our homes come with a fence. We can often add fencing during the landscaping phase, but it is not included in the base price.
We do not accept contingency sales. Whatever house or property you own and might be trying to sell, cannot be a part of a contract with QDH.
